A guy I know does it for about $12/inch. The prices around here seem to vary from $10-15/inch. Not that I have ever caught any big enough yet,

lol ya mine is about 18 1/2inches. but shes got really nice colors almost perfect, but then again i live in iowa and the bass really dont get that big im gona try to get some pictures of her on here so u guys can see her.

$8.50 an inch. do not skin it your self they have a certain way to do it.. replica is twice the amount per inch..

Taxidermy is pretty cool stuff. Difficult though on fish. I've mounted a few bream that came out all right, but never tried a bass. Fur is different. I have very nice raccoon,fox and deer rugs I did on my own. ALso have an owl I found dead on the road.

one trick i know is elmers glue-yep they glue the scales on during the skinning process.that and wrapping the fish in a wet cloth -towel- and freezing the whole fish.. zooker
