water was stained 83 degrees wind was blowing from the south 15-20+
i caught 5 bass 3 keepers. all deep over 15 feet deepest was 37-38 feet down. c-rigged 12" black red flake worm. and the 3/4oz guanja/red flake jig with a green pumkin ultra vibe pro chunk trailer.-i am liking this trailer-same light bites they would grab it and just sit there. till the hook set.. one of the keeper fish was suspended in deeep water i pulled the c-rig off the ledge in 20 feet of water. he hit it on the fall. i was sitting in 80 feet of water..

You still won't tell me where you live. That is so deep so early! That won't be till late july/august around here. I'd kill myself if I had to fish that deep so soon! What is it 100 degrees out there?

Almost 40 FOW, wow that is deep. How long does it take for the 3/4 oz. to sink down that far?

i figure i'll be fishing 7-9 ft or deeper the rest of the summer, and put more emphasis on worm fishing
