What size hook is a good size for a 4 inch plastic worm and
also for a small plastic crawfish.

1/0 for he 4" worm, but I've found that depending on the size of crawfish I prefer at the minimum a 2/0 up to a 5/0 for the crawfish. Just really depends on the size of the bait, and if it's hollow or not. I will always go bigger than smaller if I have any doubt.
