also caught some fish on some Kalins hand poured worms that were 8 inches....one hit on a senko...both on the c rig.......

I have been telling myself that in order to fish tournaments and fish in the midwest I need to learn this thing........

This lake is weird cause you will not catch them if you don't know exactly were they hang out...today they were just on a channel bend with some rock piles before it drops off......for a minute I wasn't getting anything up shallow with a jig to docks and stuff so I decided to hit some deeper spots and bam.....one time had 6 bass on 6 casts with the rig......about 24 came off just one pile....yeah they really stack up at this lake....then as the sky got blue that fizzeled and went to the shady docks....with the french fry...

I was using a med hvy 7 foot rod with a extremely soft tip......the rod has a great bend to it and well it works awesome on the c rig cause you can feel the bass and they won't spit it out cause the tip is so soft.......I think this might be key......only had two swallow the bait where I just cut the line.....which I think is not bad with a 30 inch leader.....
