I got where I was but not even enough to have to empty the pool

We get our usual afternoon T-storms worse than this.

I wish somebody would send some of that rain this direction-it's so dry here the trees are looking for dogs!

Lmao, be happy you live in the best place in the world...
I'm stuck in Va. School was canceled today, for a day of drizzle.

i doubt ernesto did all that damage to your friends house, I mean we had some wind and all, but not enough where the misquitos couldn't fly. as Christopherkeene said, our afternoon thunderstorms are worse than ernesto was.

Well my summer house in Glocester VA was pounded. Lost part of the dock and a jet ski. Found jet ski in woods and dragged it down to water. Brothers 36 footer came off cradle and destroyed part of my dock. Lost a gazeebo to a tree and five more came down as well. Water was three feet over dock. Recovered most of the pieces and will begin rebuild. Lost my cleaning table bolted to dock. No idea where that is. Draged for it for a while but no sign of it. Power came back on at 8pm Sunday..Played lumber jack all weekend.
