oh yeah thats purty right
der..BURP... that fried bologna sandwich came with every thing eggs, cheese,lettus,tomato,halapino's,olives,mustard,on texas toast..
 in north lexington nc it is called "the pallet builder" gee wonder why ? south denton it is called "tower of -well my real name-" but lets just say zooker here huh..  need a tum chaser right bout now ...burp!!!! southern food is called that for a reason.. zooker

Tums are for girls.
The cast iron in my stomach is tougher than an engine block. Engaged to a Mexican girl and all there is to eat here is Mexican food. Your samich sounds good but come down here if you want to really build a pallet or produce a hockey puck-AKA dropping hockey.

We just call it a bologna "sammich". You can add the rest of the ingrediets to it.
Go to the "Up-Town grill" and ask for a bologna "sammich". They'll ask you what you want on it. Sorry Zook, but thats just the way it is around here. Lexington, NC Best BBQ and bologna "sammiches" in the world !
