Don’t know how big your troop is, but I would teach them how to catch pan fish for their meals while at the same time teach them the importance of catch and release bass. You will never have the pleasure of catching those 15 Bass again. Fifteen bass is way too many to destroy.

i released all the bass that i caught, but the other kids who caught a few didnt. we caught a bunch of big bluegill, and we kept about 6 or 7. we only kept about 4 or 5 bass. there were a bunch of small bass in the pond, and the guy wanted us to take out all the ones we caught that were small.

WTG Skeeter. I have eaten a few bass in my day and will again. If the owner asked you to take some of them, then it was obviously in need of some culling. The rest of the fish will now have a better chance of survival, and every pond needs to be managed, whether folks like it or not. Catch and release is great, if it is the RIGHT THING TO DO. Sounds like in this instance it was the WRONG THING TO DO. Keep catching them thar bass's.
